Our Vision on Privacy
Protecting the personal data we process is of great importance to us. We process personal data of our customers, potential customers we have contacted or intend to contact, recipients of any newsletters, and all other individuals who contact us.

As of May 25, 2018, we are bound by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the processing of personal data. In this privacy statement, we explain how we protect your privacy and how we handle your personal data. If you have any questions about this privacy statement, it also explains how you can contact us.

Who Processes Your Personal Data?
This privacy statement pertains to the processing of personal data by Casa Coen as the data controller. You can reach us by email at info@casacoen.com

What Personal Data Do We Process?
Personal data are any data that relate to you or can be associated with you. Any action involving your personal data—such as collecting, storing, using, transferring, or deleting it—is considered “processing” of personal data. We process personal data that you have provided to us directly. These include contact details and other personal data such as your name, address, postal code, city of residence, phone number, email address, company name, date of birth, and other information necessary for our services.

For What Purposes and on What Legal Basis Do We Process Your Personal Data?
To perform our work properly, we need to process your personal data. We process your data if necessary to carry out an agreement we have entered into with you or if you have filled out your contact details in our contact form and given us permission. Your contact details may also be stored in our client system and used for purposes such as sending newsletters, if you have given us consent. Depending on your specific case, additional personal data may be required beyond your contact details. We may also process your personal data based on a legitimate interest, provided this does not disproportionately infringe on your privacy.

How Do We Handle Your Personal Data?
We have implemented security measures to protect your personal data and prevent misuse. For example, the system in which we store your data is secured.

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?
We take great care to store and protect your data appropriately. We do not retain your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Naturally, we comply with legal retention periods. Customer files containing personal data are retained for up to 10 years after the end of the agreement, unless there are reasons to keep them longer.

Do We Share Your Personal Data with Third Parties?
As a rule, we do not share your personal data with third parties. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to do so. For example, we may need to share your data with judicial authorities or with another party to register or manage a domain name on your behalf. It may also be necessary to share data to conclude a contract or notarial deed. Data may also be shared with contractors we engage, such as a bailiff. Additionally, legal obligations may require us to pass on your data to third parties. If a court order compels us to provide your data, we must comply. Your data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Viewing or Modifying Your Personal Data
Would you like to know what personal data we have recorded about you? You can request an overview of the personal data we process about you from Brandioos. If you believe your data is incorrect or incomplete, or if certain data should not have been processed, you can request that Brandioos amend, supplement, or delete this data. You also have the right to object to the processing and to data portability. Additionally, you may withdraw any consent you have given, for example, for receiving our newsletter.

If you send us such a request, we will inform you of the actions taken within 4 weeks of receiving your request.

For questions or complaints about the processing of your personal data, you can send an email to info@casacoen.com
